I am the Director of Entrepreneurship and Sustainability at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy where I have taught for 18 years. A former English teacher, I have spent the last ten years developing an entrepreneurship program complete with fifteen elective courses (including financial literacy programs as detailed in my first book, The Seed Tree), six student-run businesses, and a full certificate track. Recently I have begun consulting, speaking, and coaching school leaders on developing innovative entrepreneurship programs that involve hands-on student-run businesses.
