There's a good reason why Mr Miletto has over 600 episodes in over 800,000 downloads ... My advice would be just to listen and you'll understand why. The topics discussed, the depth at which those ideas are examined leaves no doubt why this podcast is so successful ! I've been fortunate enough to be on this show twice now and would be happy to come back again and again! Well done sir.

Steve's podcast is one my Top 2 podcasts to listen to. He interviews a wide range of guests on a variety of topics. I have yet to listen to one that isn't valuable and that is practical to my needs. He is personable and makes me feel like we are actually having a conversation. It is worth your time....every single time.
evaluation of interview 11/10/2023
It did not surprise me particularly that Steve was such a skilled and perceptive interviewer; he's been at this for some time. What mildly surprised me (not sure why) was how personable he was. I really enjoyed the conversation, and as especially pleased that we could joke and anecdotalize. Though the conversation was, I hope, informative, it was also a plain delight to have that conversation in the first place. I've done this sort of thing countless times, so when I call our interchange delightful...Well, that's saying something.

I've known Steve for years and have enjoyed collaborating with him on several podcast episodes. This one was unusual for me because the mic was rotated – I was the guest! Steve is a great interviewer. He always puts his guests at ease with his friendly, encouraging tone. And the information shared is always worth the listen. He is a real educator.

Authentic, Caring, Informative, Enjoyable
Steve truly cares about those of us in the education field. His interviewing style is professional, yet personal. His sense of humor shines through in his podcast conversations. I highly recommend becoming a part of his community of dedicated educators looking for real answers for today's difficult questions. Steve produces two podcasts a week which is an amazing number considering the time it takes to produce each one. It's great to have him on our side!
